Q: Where is your gym? 
We're based on 201 Upper Newtonards Road, near Stormont. 
Q: Is there parking available? 
Yes, we have on street parking around our site.
Q: When are the sessions? 
Our session. run 6:15am-8:15am, 9:30am, 12:45pm & 5-7:15pm
Q: How long are the sessions?
Every group personal training session is 45-minutes long. 
Q: Are the session  times flexible? 
Of course. Simply book whichever sessions suit your schedule best each week. 
Q: When can I start? 
Once you've completed payment and you have completed an intro session, you can get started right away. 
Q: When are the intro sessions? 
We have intro sessions available every Saturday afternoon at 12pm. 
Q: What's included? 
You get 18 Group PT sessions, 12 sweat sessions, 6 yoga sessions, an accountability coach and access to our private gym and app. 
Q: Do I get coached? 
Yes – this a fully coached program. 
Q: How much is it? 
The challenge is currently £247. 
Q: Do I need to be fit already? 
No –  we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your fitness level.
